We have decided to continue offering our free delivery option for UK orders – hooray for free postage!!
Orders placed using this option will be dispatched within 48hrs of you placing your order and should be with you within 3-5 working days of posting.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs to UK addresses are priced as below and are confirmed on the first page of our checkout.
Standard UK Delivery – Free
1st Class Recorded Delivery – £2.50 (signature required)
Next Day Delivery – £6.95 (signature required)
International Delivery – from £2.50 to £19.95, depending on the weight of your order, and will be confirmed on the first page of our checkout – please contact us if you want a quote in advance.
How soon can I get my order?
Standard Delivery – 3-5 working days
1st Class Recorded Delivery – 1-3 working days
Next Day Delivery – 1pm on the next working day
International Delivery – from 5 working days
We know how exciting it is waiting for new things to arrive, but would ask that you do allow a little extra time in addition to the delivery times specified above. In all instances, apart from Next Day delivery, we would ask that you allow up to 14 days before contacting us to advise that you have not received your order. As there are sometimes delays that are out of control, we will not issue a refund or replacement until 14 days have passed.
If you need your order quicker, but still want a low cost delivery, we suggest that you select the 1st Class Recorded delivery option.
Who will deliver my order?
It all depends on the size and weight of your order. We know how frustrating it can be when you get home from work and find a card from a courier company reminding you that you weren’t at home when they tried to deliver!. It is because of this that we will send small parcels via the Royal Mail, so that you can have something nice to open first thing in the morning. If your order is not suitable for a postal delivery we will select the courier service most appropriate to your order & location.
Packaging
Due to their size and fragility we take great care when packaging your momiji dolls. All momiji dolls are individually wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to keep them safe on the journey to their new home!!
Is my parcel insured?
Yes, contact us asap to let us know if you haven’t received your parcel and we will send replacements straight away.
If you change your mind about a product please contact us within 7 days to let us know and return the goods to;

Items will be refunded, or exchanged, provided that they reach us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of you receiving them. Unfortunately, postage & packing charges for returns are non-refundable and we can not be held responsible for any goods that do not reach us. Because of this we recommend that you retain your certificate of postage from the post office/courier service used, so that you can contact them in the event of your return being lost in transit – we won’t issue a refund without first seeing proof of return in these circumstances.
If, however, you receive faulty goods, we will cover the costs of return and either refund or exchange the goods depending on your preference.
If you need to return something for any reason please contact us in the first instance so that we can advise of the best way to return the goods.
